Wilmington, N.C. – The New Hanover County Republican Party Chairwoman Rhonda Amoroso and Executive Board announce the following appointment:

John Dismukes will Chair the Party’s Auxiliary Groups Liaison Committee.  John is a native North Carolinian, having grown up in the Raleigh area.  He is a lifelong Republican having worked as a volunteer in many local and national campaigns.  John moved to Wilmington in 2011 and currently serves as precinct chair for FP07 and is a member of the Congressional District 7 Executive Committee.

NHCGOP Appoints Rebecca Anderson and Jan Cooley

Wilmington, N.C. – The New Hanover County Republican Party Chairwoman Rhonda Amoroso and Executive Board announce the following appointments:

Rebecca Anderson has been re-appointed and will continue to serve as Chairwoman of the Party’s Leadership Development Committee.  The role of the Leadership Development Committee is to recruit, vet and mentor candidates for public office consistent with the North Carolina State GOP platform. During her tenure over the past year and a half, this Committee has been instrumental in recruiting qualified Republicans to run for public office and recommending candidates to fill various vacancies for public office last fall.
